New Marketing

If you have not picked up System of Down's 2005 release, Mezmerize, you need to go get it immediately. I have was fond of these lads seeing as I first heard them when they were supporting Slayer back in 1998. They still hadn't released their self titled first album at this point, except I could not wait for it to come out. I was not let down at all when the album finally came out.

They followed this up with their 2nd CD, Toxicity, which was a major commercial achievement. I awfully was fond of this one, too. I was not quite so thrilled with the 3rd release (Steal this Album), since I thought the band was going soft. Mezmerize is quite possibly the most suitable of the lot, it is as if the group has finally grown up to be what it has always been capable of being. When you listen to Mesmerize, you will still recognize that peculiar sound that defines System of a Down. Still, it tock the music to a different league with racing pulses and metal guitar riffs. As with all of System's CDs, be sure to pay close consideration to the song lyrics. Superficially, a few of the songs (like B.Y.O.B.) appear to be enjoyable party songs. In actuality, the tracks provide harsh political commentaries and checking on issues of the day. Exactly what you'd expect from an CD put out by System.

Well I better get on and do something productive. I'm finding out XML stuff for the next version of E-Shot. They're dedicated to make this the leading email marketing software avialable. I've come to accept this will never be finishedthey will always come up with a couple new idea they want to include.
